The lead article on Infection Control in the second November issue of Dentistry Magazine (23 November 2006) looks at the risks of needle-stick injury and what can be done to prevent it. The Safe-Point stand draws a crowd for 3 days at the annual BDTA Dental Showcase at ExCeL, London
Members of dental teams from across the UK were impressed at Safe-Point’s simplicity and ease of use.  A high proportion of delegates visiting the stand had suffered a needle-stick injury at least once and clearly remembered that heart-stopping moment!  Thanks to Safe-Point there is finally a reliable solution to the safe removal and disposal of used needles from the favoured re-usable syringe.
